Returns & Refunds

Returning your items

We want you to be delighted with your order from ASAP Promo, however if for any reason you wish to return your items, please do so within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund, exchange, or credit note. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

Goods that are not faulty will be returned at your cost.

All printed stock is non-returnable due to the bespoke nature of the print. These are considered personalised goods made to your specifications and cannot be re-sold to anyone else.

To return an item please email us to obtain a return address.

Damaged or faulty orders

For orders which have been damaged in transit please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. For any orders deemed to be faulty, please inform us within 7 days of receiving the items.

Receiving your refund

All refunds will be made within 14 days of ASAP Promo receiving and checking the returned goods. If the products are deemed damaged and/or unsaleable then the goods will be returned and no refund given.

Exceptions

All printed stock is non-returnable due to the bespoke nature of the print. These are considered personalised goods made to your specifications and cannot be re-sold to anyone else.

If there is a print error deemed to be our fault we will offer to re-print the products or provide a refund as above. Please note that we will require photos of the items for us to assess before you return them to us and any liability is agreed.

Cancellations

All orders can be cancelled up until payment is made at no cost. Cancellations after payment (within 48 hours) are subject to a £25 charge. At this stage production has already begun and is to cover us for the expenses of time, artwork processing and returning of stock. After 48 hours it's too late to cancel an order. Orders for plain stock can be cancelled or returned for a refund within 7 days of order as long as they're returned in a saleable condition.

 

What happens if my posted order does not arrive?

Our items are posted by Royal Mail to help keep the costs down. 99% of orders arrive with no problem but occasionally an order may go missing. If by the rare chance your order does not arrive, please make us aware within 14 days of your dispatch notification email (21 days if overseas). 

It's the customers responsibility to illustrate / mark where logos are desired. If no specific requirements are made by the customer, it'll be at the discression of ASAP Promo Ltd.
